Architecture, Building and Structure Design DUSITANON Residence by Phaithaya Banchakitikun Baan Dusitanon is a four-story residence with a mezzanine level, enveloped by a distinctive facade, located in the heart of the city. Given its urban setting, the surrounding environment is bustling with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The primary design objective was to create a sense of privacy for the residents while maintaining a seamless connection to the city. The vertical louvre is angled in the same direction, blocking bad views and enhance prefered view for the residence.
