There was no doubt. Part of the attraction of this project was the team knew the urban infrastructures of that area and municipal rules allow the construction of more floors than the client intended. In early Iranian apartment living in Tehran's modernist era, uniform unit plans are avoided, enriching this family-centric project with unique qualities and value.
