Architecture, Building and Structure Design Connection Hospital by THAD The project is reconstruction and expansion project of the outpatient and emergency medical Technology complex building of the Pudong Hospital in Shanghai, China. The difficulty found in design was that between the modernity of new buildings and the complexity of reconstruction and expansion. They design team finally divided the complexity of the overall process into 4 parts: Demolition, Transition, Reconstruction, Restoration.
