Architecture, Building and Structure Design El Cuartel del Mar Restaurant by Paula Rosales Torroba The Cuartel del Mar project rehabilitates the old Civil Guard barracks of the Loma del Puerco in Chiclana de la Frontera, Spain, to new adaptive uses restaurant, strategic bird watching areas, and the development of cultural and leisure activities. The building crowns the hillside from the Barrosa Beach, opening up the landscape with a respectful intervention by Paula Rosales’ studio More&Co that highlights the unique characteristics of the environment.
