Milano Living Green Residential Complex

Marco Guido Savorelli

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Milano Living Green Residential Complex by Marco Guido Savorelli The project proposal involves a redevelopment of the former area in which the volume of the existing construction has been reused to create a residence complex following the concept of floating gardens. The building develops in height, completely freeing the lot from the built area and guarantees a new green courtyard. At various levels of the complex, green areas are created at high altitude which help to lighten the building volume. Besides that, the undertaking has as main features a new alignment of the main facade, the creation of visual convenience, living comfort and energy efficiency.
